Admissions

Enquiry

• The parent or guardian may contact the school via phone, email, our website or visit in person to obtain information about admissions.
• A tour of the school can be scheduled to help parents understand the learning environment. 

Application

• Parents or guardians must obtain and complete the school’s Diagnostic Exam Application Form online or from the school office.

Assessment

• Children applying for Nursery and above will undergo an entrance diagnostic exam to evaluate their Numeracy and Literacy skills.
• The exam helps determine the child’s readiness and appropriate class placement.

Interview

• Must be both written and oral.
• A scheduled meeting between the school, parents or guardians, and the child must be arranged to assess and discuss the child’s needs, expectations, and any special requirements.

Application Review 

• The admissions team will review all applications, exam results, and interview feedback.
• A decision will be made based on eligibility, capacity and the child’s ability to thrive in our learning environment.

Offer of Admission

• Successful candidates will receive an official admission letter, via email and/or Whatsapp detailing:

1. Class placement
2. School fees
3. Payment deadlines
4. Any other relevant information

Acceptance and Payment

• To confirm admission, parents and guardians must:

• • Pay the stipulated fees within the specified timeframe.
  • Sign and submit an Application Acceptance Form/Booklet

• Mandatory Documents to submit with Application Acceptance Form:

1. A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
2. Two recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
3. Proof of immunisation and medical records. 
4. Previous school records.(Last school results).
5. A recent passport-sized photograph of each parent/guardian.

• The form, along with the required documents listed above should be submitted to the school’s admission office before the deadline.
• Failure to make payment on time may result in forfeiture of admission.

Enrollment and Orientation

• Once payment is confirmed, the child is officially enrolled.
• The school will provide parents with:

1. The school supplies such as uniforms, learning resources and other essential items.
2. Details of the academic calendar.
3. Any other relevant documents.

• The child and parents will be invited to an orientation session to familiarise themselves with the school environment and expectations.
